fMOST技术原理及特点

其核心原理是基于荧光显微光学切片断层成像技术,可对数厘米大小的样本进行亚微米级别的三维高分辨荧光成像

主讲人简介

 

郑廷博士 沃亿生物市场总监

 

郑廷博士2013年毕业于华中科技大学,获得工学博士学位后于武汉光电国家研究中心从事博士后研究。加入武汉沃亿生物有限公司后领导技术团队进行MOST与fMOST技术的工程化开发,成功推出BioMapping系列三维高分辨成像系统,并在Nature Communications, Optics Express,Biomedical Optical Express等高水平国际期刊上发表多篇文章。拥有15年的显微成像系统开发经验,在三维图像数据分析及应用方面也具有深刻的理解。现任沃亿生物市场总监。
