In the past few years, medical AI has been embraced by capital. According to incomplete statistics, China has more than 100 startups in this field. BAT was also fully included in the board. In particular, tencent was selected into the "first batch of national open innovation platforms for artificial intelligence" with medical image AI in November 2017, becoming the "national team" of artificial intelligence. This lecture will explore new opportunities and challenges for deep learning in medical imaging analysis.

The second half of the report will share some current work of our laboratory in brain image analysis and diagnosis of brain diseases, including 1) automatic segmentation of MRI brain tissue, 2) identification of causes of cerebral hemorrhage and automatic segmentation of lesions, 3) classification of glioma, etc.
