Welcome to the 2023 International Conference on Intelligence: From Cell to Network!

Can an intelligent brain understand itself? The mechanisms underlying intelligence has attracted generations of minds since the beginning of human civilization. This summer, the McGovern Institute for Brain Research at Tsinghua University proudly gathers leading experimental and computational neuroscientists around the globe to promote vibrant discussions and fruitful collaborations on the study of intelligence. The conference focuses on the computation principles and algorithms in the brain, as well as their biological implementations.
