[研究兴趣]
我们的研究涵盖了神经精神疾病、神经退行性疾病、以及脑血管疾病,具体有以下方面:1)结合多能干细胞/脑类器官、动物模型和临床样本,探索双相障碍和抑郁症的致病机理;2)开发有临床应用潜力的脑类器官移植、胶质细胞转分化等技术,以期用于神经退行病的临床治疗;3)利用血管化脑类器官模型研究烟雾病等脑血管疾病;4)小胶质细胞、星形胶质细胞在阿尔茨海默病和双相障碍发病中的机制和调控手段。
