[研究兴趣]
弥漫中线胶质细胞瘤(Diffuse Midline Glioma, DMG)是严重危害人类健康的中枢神经系统(Central Nervous System, CNS)恶性肿瘤。该肿瘤细胞沿CNS的中线部位(常见丘脑、脑干、脊髓),呈弥漫性、侵袭性生长,手术无法彻底切除,特异性辅助治疗方式尚缺。我们运用多组学、表观遗传学、分子生物学、免疫学等方法探索:
(1)基于不同原发部位DMG恶性演进机理;
(2)基于表观遗传治疗的免疫疗法;
(3)DMG液体活检技术及分子影像学诊断方法;
(4)DMG早筛、肿瘤进展与预后标记物研发;
