研究概况:紧紧围绕国家国家重大需求和重大工程开展科学研究。
1、将载人航天高技术应用在医疗器械领域,开拓了神经调控研究方向,研制成功了国内第一个治疗帕金森病的植入式脑深部刺激器--脑起搏器,使我国成为继美国之后,全球第二个能够设计生产制造脑起搏器并将其应用于临床的国家。发明碳纳米植入电极、脑起搏器软件重植等技术,建立了与脑起搏器相关的神经调控技术自主知识产权体系。国家发改委2012年4月批复“神经调控技术国家工程实验室”,李路明教授担任工程实验室主任。
2、围绕载人航天重大工程的需求,开展了围绕航天员选拔、训练、医监医保方法、技术与系统研究,发明的模拟发射超重负载的胸腹部柔性加载方法,成功应用于航天员训练和第二批航天员选拔,为三次成功的载人航天飞行做出了贡献。2009年,和中国航天员中心组建清华大学-中国航天员中心航天生物医学工程联合实验室。研制的神经肌肉刺激仪、航天员质量测量仪、生理信号测试盒、航天员心电读取装置已经装备“天宫一号”,并在“神九”任务中服务航天员,航天员质量测量仪应用于2013年神舟十号太空授课教学。
