[研究兴趣]
分子如何形成细胞?细胞又是如何形成组织?本课题组主要关注细胞和发育生物学中的精细结构和动态过程。应用光学/电子显微镜、生物物理技术、遗传学和生物化学方法,我们主要研究细胞和发育过程中细胞骨架复合物的结构、功能和发生。在一些项目中,我们还与理论物理学家合作进行跨尺度建模分析。本课题组的主要模型系统是果蝇感觉神经元,但也包括其他类型的细胞,包括果蝇生殖细胞、培养的哺乳动物细胞和脊椎动物纤毛细胞。通过广泛而深入地研究相关的分子机制,我们希望了解细胞动力学调控的普遍性规律。
