[研究兴趣]
胶质细胞、机器学习、计算脑科学。主要研究领域为计算科学与脑科学的交叉领域,即理论脑科学或计算神经科学,具体研究对象为超大规模、复杂、高维脑科学数据理解与分析中的数学模型、理论与方法,具体数据类型包括光学显微镜视频、电子显微镜图像、单细胞组学和空间转录组学等,具体生物问题涉及星形胶质细胞、多突出细胞和小胶质细胞在大脑正常功能与疾病中的作用。
